Among the priorities of the new management of the Ministry of Transport is support of PPP14. 7. 2010His other steps will comply with the transportation issues set in the coalition contract. In addition to assuring financial investments into infrastructure, the steps will also include support for PPP projects and further speeding up of building activities. The new Minister of Transport also wants to create healthy competition environment in railway transportation. This will mainly include creation of the so-called live transportation route. The public can also expect changes in traffic on the roads. New management of the Ministry of Transport plans postponement of electronic vignettes and extending the collection of toll also to lower class roads. The public also has to count with revision of the penalty points system and increased penalties for aggressive drivers. One of the major priorities is also increasing safety or road transportation. As far as water transportation is concerned, the coalition plans to finish building of the river dam Děčín, which should significantly improve transportation on the river Elbe in the future. In the field of civilian aviation, Bárta wants to pay major attention to development of Prague airport (Letiště Praha) and change in to Central European aviation junction.
